This Privacy Policy describes how Klub 51 ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Wonly mobile application ("App").
Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to minimizing data collection and being transparent about any data we do process.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:
- Personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Passwords or account credentials
- Location data (GPS, IP-based geolocation)
- Contacts, photos, or media from your device
- Health, fitness, or biometric data
- Financial information or payment details (all payments are handled by Apple)
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, the following non-personal data may be collected automatically:
- Device type and model (e.g., iPhone 15)
- Operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.2)
- App version
- Language and locale settings
- General usage analytics: app launches, screens viewed, features used, crash logs
- Purchase status: whether a subscription or in-app purchase is active (processed by Apple, we only receive entitlement status)
This data is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify you personally.
1.3. Analytics
We may use third-party analytics services to understand how the App is used and to improve our product. These services may collect anonymized usage data such as session duration, screens visited, feature usage frequency, and crash reports.
Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. We do not link analytics data to any personally identifiable information.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Provide and maintain the App
- Improve the App's performance and user experience
- Fix bugs and resolve technical issues
- Understand which features are most popular
- Verify subscription and purchase status
We do not use your data for advertising, selling to third parties, profiling, or marketing communications.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent any user data to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with:
- Apple: Purchase verification and subscription management.
- Analytics providers: Anonymized usage statistics only.
- Legal authorities: Only if required by law.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Game data (player names, scores, settings) is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Player names entered in the App are not collected, stored, or processed by us.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect any data we do process.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The App contains an optional 18+ content category that requires age confirmation. This content is hidden by default.

6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, deletion, correction, portability, and objection regarding your data.

8. Data Retention
- Local data: Deleted when you uninstall the App.

If you use the App outside of the Russian Federation, data may be transferred to servers in various jurisdictions. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
